Home Credit Group Capitalisation increased by a further EUR 80 million

4.1.2007 – Home Credit B.V. (“HCBV”), the Netherlands registered holding company of the Home Credit Group, is delighted to announce that its capitalisation was increased by a further EUR 80 million to EUR 775 million as at the end of December 2006.
